Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Order Processing:

All domestic orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Eastern Time).

  • Order acknowledgements, confirmations, and tracking details are sent via email
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days
  • In rare cases, depending on inventory availability, processing and handling may take up to 30 days

Orders are not released for shipment until full payment has been received.

Variable & Freight Shipping

Products designated for variable or freight shipping will have shipping costs estimated by our logistics team after an inquiry or once the order is placed.

  • Shipping estimates may change if final weight or dimensions vary
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and transportation costs unless stated otherwise
  • Full payment is required before shipment is released

Damaged, Cancelled & Returnable Shipments

Damaged Goods

Once an order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment.

  • Customers must inspect delivered items within 7 days of receipt
  • Any damage claims must be submitted directly to the carrier
  • Adam’s Pills does not provide a guaranteed warranty for shipping damage

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be edited once placed
  • To remove an item, the entire order must be cancelled
  • To add an item, a separate order must be placed
  • We will make every effort to ship multiple orders together when possible

Orders may be cancelled only before shipping confirmation and tracking information are issued.

Address Changes

Address changes may be requested before shipping confirmation is sent.
Once an order has been shipped or released for shipment, order details cannot be modified.

Returns & Refunds

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 30 business days of purchase
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

Products returned after 30 days or returned in damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

Delivery Expectations

All delivery dates provided are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances beyond Adam’s Pills’ control, including strikes, fires, accidents, or carrier delays.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or printing errors
  • Quantities may be limited

Limitation of Actions

Any legal action against the Seller must be initiated within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arises. Failure to initiate action within this period constitutes a waiver of claims.

General Indemnification

The Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Adam’s Pills, its affiliates, agents, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from any losses, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Buyer’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of purchase terms.

International Shipping

All international orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Eastern Time).

International import duties, customs charges, and border fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
