This Shipping Policy applies to Adams Pills orders placed through our website. Adams Pills is a product brand operated by Eros USA Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, generally between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We will provide order acknowledgements, confirmations, and tracking information by email.

Most orders are processed and shipped within three business days. During periods of high demand, inventory delays, or other unusual circumstances, processing and handling may take up to 30 days. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for applicable shipping and transportation charges unless we expressly state otherwise.

Orders must be paid in full before shipment is released.

Freight and Variable Shipping

Some products may require freight or variable-rate shipping. Shipping charges for these items may be estimated by our logistics team after an inquiry or after an order is placed.

Freight estimates may change if final package dimensions, weight, delivery location, or carrier requirements differ from the original estimate. The customer is responsible for all applicable shipping and transportation costs.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, import fees, customs brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country, carrier, or customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout.

We cannot lower, alter, or misstate customs declaration values.

Customs processing and international delivery dates are outside our control. Delays, holds, seizures, or other customs-related issues may occur.

Shipping to Canada

For shipments to Canada, UPS Customs Brokerage Fees, duties, taxes, and other import or border charges are the customer’s responsibility. Brokerage fees may be substantial.

If a package is lost by customs and requires re-shipment, a $29.99 USD re-sending fee will apply, in addition to any applicable shipping charges.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order and shipping address carefully before submitting it.

Address changes may be granted before shipping confirmation is issued. Once an order has been released for shipment or shipped, we cannot change the order details or delivery address.

Orders may be cancelled until shipment tracking information has been confirmed. Once tracking has been confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. You are responsible for determining whether products are acceptable within seven days of delivery.

Damage that occurs after a package leaves our facility is generally the responsibility of the carrier. Claims for carrier-related loss or damage should be submitted directly to the carrier. We may provide reasonable documentation to assist with a carrier claim where available.

Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unopened and unused. Contact info@adamspills.com for detailed return instructions.

Approved returns may be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Expectations

All delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, strikes, accidents, customs processing, inventory availability, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Eros USA Inc. (“Eros USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Adams Pills brand and website (the “Site”).
